Use of the LuckyPe Platform

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering, accessing, or using the LuckyPe Platform operated by LuckyPe India Private Limited. These terms apply to all services offered on the platform including mobile recharge, bill payments, digital products, wallet services, marketplace services, and other related services.

Acceptance

By registering or using LuckyPe Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any applicable service-specific policies. Acceptance of these terms forms a legal agreement between you and LuckyPe.

Eligibility

LuckyPe Services are available only to individuals aged 18 years or above who have not been previously suspended from the platform. By using the services, you confirm that you meet these requirements and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

SSOID Service and Participating Platforms

LuckyPe’s Single Sign-On ID (SSOID) service allows users to access multiple services using a single login credential. Users must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and immediately notify LuckyPe in case of unauthorized access.

Communication Policy

By using LuckyPe services, you consent to receive notifications, alerts, and promotional messages via SMS, email, push notifications, or phone calls.

Digital Services and Bill Payments

LuckyPe provides digital services such as mobile recharge, DTH recharge, bill payments, ticket bookings, and other digital transactions. Convenience or service fees may apply for certain transactions.

Prohibited Conduct

• Violation of applicable laws or these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent transactions or misuse of payment methods.
• Infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Uploading or transmitting illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Attempting to bypass platform security or access another user’s account.
• Reverse engineering or disrupting the LuckyPe platform.

Termination and Violations

LuckyPe reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or engages in suspicious or fraudulent activities.

Limitation of Liability

LuckyPe shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages including loss of data, profits, or service interruptions. Liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the relevant service or ₹5,000, whichever is lower.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LuckyPe and its affiliates harmless from any claims or damages resulting from misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Disclaimer

LuckyPe services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. LuckyPe is not responsible for failures due to third-party services, technical errors, or network disruptions.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

All trademarks, content, software, and materials available on the LuckyPe platform are owned by LuckyPe or its licensors. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Modification of Terms

LuckyPe may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be resolved amicably and, if unresolved, through arbitration in New Delhi under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the complete agreement between you and LuckyPe regarding use of the platform and its services.
