At LuckyPe India Private Limited ("LuckyPe", "we", "us", or "our"), we aim to provide a secure and reliable digital payment experience. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds or reversals may be issued for transactions completed through the LuckyPe platform.

General Policy

LuckyPe works as a digital payment facilitator connecting users, merchants, and financial institutions. Once a transaction is successfully completed, it is generally non-refundable unless specific circumstances apply.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Failed Transactions: Amount deducted but payment failed — refund in 5–7 working days.
  • Duplicate Payments: If duplicate payment occurs, refund may be issued after verification.
  • Merchant Cancellation: If merchant cancels the service, refund will be initiated.
  • Technical Errors: If system or gateway error occurs, the deducted amount will be reversed.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Successful transaction where service was delivered.
  • Incorrect details entered by the user.
  • Device errors or insufficient balance.
  • Requests raised after 15 days.
  • Recharge or utility payments handled by third-party services.

Refund Process

  • Contact LuckyPe Support through the app or email.
  • Provide Transaction ID, date, and payment details.
  • Verification will be completed within 3 working days.
  • If approved, refund will be processed within 5–10 working days.

Refund Timelines

  • UPI / Wallet / Net Banking: 3–7 working days
  • Debit / Credit Card: 7–10 working days
  • Bank Transfer: Up to 10 working days

Refund timelines may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway. LuckyPe is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

Cancellation Policy

Once a transaction is successfully processed, cancellation is generally not possible. If cancellation is allowed by the merchant, the refund will follow the merchant’s own policy.
