How to Delete Your LuckyPe Account

We respect your privacy and want you to have complete control over your LuckyPe account and personal data. If you no longer wish to use LuckyPe, you can easily request to delete your account. 

Please read the steps and conditions carefully before proceeding, as account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Steps to Delete Your LuckyPe Account

  • Open the LuckyPe App
    Log in to your account using your registered mobile number.

  • Go to Profile
    Tap on your profile icon located in the top menu.

  • Navigate to Account Settings
    Within the settings menu, select “Account Settings.”

  • Select ‘Delete Account’
    Choose the Delete Account option.

  • Verify Your Identity
    You will be asked to confirm the request by entering your password or verifying through OTP sent to your registered mobile number or email.

  • Confirm Deletion
    Once confirmed, your account deletion process will begin.

What Happens After Deletion?

  • Your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of the request.

  • During this period, your account will be deactivated and inaccessible.

  • Certain transaction and financial records may be retained for up to 180 days to comply with financial, taxation, legal, or regulatory requirements. These records remain securely stored and are not used for any other purpose.

If you are unable to access your app or face any difficulty in submitting the request, you can contact us for manual deletion support:

Please include the following details for verification:

  • Registered mobile number

  • Full name

  • Reason for request (optional)

Our support team will acknowledge and process your request within 3-7 business days.

Important Note

Deleting your LuckyPe account is permanent. Once deleted:

  • You will lose access to all transaction history, wallet balance, cashback, referral rewards, and saved payment methods.

  • Re-activation of the same account will not be possible. You may create a new account using a different or the same number, but previous data will not be restored.
